Hikki Love

I first heard of Utada Hikaru when a cousin of mine introduced me to one of her singles, First Love, back in 2004. The song really interested me since it was a mix of Japanese and English lyrics at the same time. It was different in lyrics, plus the musical composition is something that you wouldn't normally hear in the North American music industry. Afterwards, I wanted to know more about this international singer and her songs.

It's always great to listen to music from around the world because it broadens our horizon and style. I appreciate the music from Asia since it's completely new and fresh to listen to.

For Utada Hikaru, not only is she a talented musician, she's also a lady that anyone can look up to. She's influential, inspiring and truly an idol.

Another exciting info about Utada Hikaru, is that her wonderful songs also appears and are used themes for some of my favorite video games and even television shows. How can I not love her?
